Colour can be extremely powerful! Colours enhance, enable, empower, and empathize with human emotion and headspace – keeping us company, engaging us, and walking visual journeys with light, form, character, and spatial dialogue. Colours add magic to this world!
With their multiple ramifications across fields, colours play universal roles as carriers of moods and symbolisms too (red for ferocity, blue for calm and so on). We can, therefore, use colours to express what we feel in the most profound ways, not just by following a symbolistic rulebook but by creating our own, to express and feel!
What we see as colour is not a rigid, conventional carrier – it is blurred lines. Alongside appearance, colours say as much as they don’t, hide as much or even more than they reveal. The beauty of perceiving art through colour lies in its contextual understanding, both for audience and Creator – whether the scheme be monochromatic, dichromatic, of multiple colours, subtle, muted, or vibrant. Thus, enabling us to decipher the specific roles of colour.
The impeccable variety in creation fundamentally consists of colour and form through which we experience life – of moods, emotions, of gain and loss, and everything we have and don’t in life.
