Lights from the Sky
This canvas painting is an abstract representation of elongated, blurred city lights as if to be seen from a flight in the sky. The composition sits on a lush layering of coats of sky blue applied in a dynamic manner with the free hand vertical-in-nature warm colours to show lights lit at night but with a day time sky as a juxtaposition. There can also be seen uneven nature in size and nature of strokes to show a certain charm of free hand painting.
